Circuit Breaker Test

  1. Locate circuit breaker No. 29 (25-amp), located in junction block behind right kick panel. Pull circuit breaker out slightly. Ensure circuit breaker terminals still make contact with mating terminals in junction block.
  2. Using DVOM, measure battery voltage between ground and each terminal of circuit breaker No. 29. If battery voltage is not present at any terminal, repair open in Black/White wire between ignition switch and junction block. If battery voltage is present at only one terminal, replace faulty circuit breaker.
