Circuit Breaker Test
- Locate circuit breaker No. 29 (25-amp), located in junction block behind right kick panel. Pull circuit breaker out slightly. Ensure circuit breaker terminals still make contact with mating terminals in junction block.
- Using DVOM, measure battery voltage between ground and each terminal of circuit breaker No. 29. If battery voltage is not present at any terminal, repair open in Black/White wire between ignition switch and junction block. If battery voltage is present at only one terminal, replace faulty circuit breaker.
