Reverse 12-volt power source connection at power window motor harness connector. Power window motor should operate in opposite direction. If power window motor operates as specified, check wiring harness between power window switch and power window motor. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Check power window travel through complete opening and closing cycle. Check power window for sticking, binding or improper adjustment. If power window travel is not as specified, repair as necessary.
