All Locks Inoperative From Driver's Door Module
- Using scan tool, select BODY, then DOOR MODULES. Select PART NO. and VERSION NO. of Driver's Door Module (DDM). If scan tool displays DDM PART NO. and VERSION NO., go to next step. If scan tool does not display DDM PART NO. and VERSION NO., go to BUS +/- SIGNALS OPEN FROM DRIVER'S DOOR MODULE under COMMUNICATIONS.
- Replace DDM. See POWER WINDOWS - GRAND CHEROKEE article. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST under VERIFICATION TESTS.
