Using DVOM, measure resistance of Pink/Black wire between DDM C1 connector terminal No. 7 and door lock motor/ajar switch connector terminal No. 3. See Figure and Figure . If resistance is less than 5 ohms, go to next step. If resistance is 5 ohms or greater, repair open Pink/Black wire. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
  3. Using DVOM, measure resistance of Orange/Black wire between DDM C1 connector terminal No. 5 and door lock motor/ajar switch connector terminal No. 4. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, go to next step. If resistance is 5 ohms or greater, repair open in Orange/Black wire. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
  4. Replace defective door lock motor/ajar switch. See appropriate POWER DOOR LOCKS & REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEMS article. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
