When Monitored and Set Condition:

P0136-O2 SENSOR 1/2 HEATER CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION 

When Monitored: Ignition ON, with battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts.

Set Condition: The state of the PCM relay control circuit, between the PCM and relay coil, does not match the desired state.
