1 - MUFFLER TO FRONT EXHAUST PIPE/CATALYTIC CONVERTER FLANGE

2 - MUFFLER

3 - INSULATOR

4 - MUFFLER TO TAILPIPE/RESONATOR ASSEMBLY

5 - TAILPIPE/RESONATOR ASSEMBLY

Position the tailpipe/resonator assembly in vehicle.
Install tailpipe/resonator insulators.
Install new gasket and tailpipe/resonator to muffler flange nuts and bolts. Tighten to 47 N.m (35 ft. lbs.).
Make sure the tailpipe/resonator assembly is correctly positioned and the properly aligned. The minimum clearance between components is 25 mm (1 inch).
Lower the vehicle.
Start the engine and inspect for exhaust leaks. Repair exhaust leaks as necessary.
