Junction Block
WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2008 Jeep Commander. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
All of the circuits entering and leaving the Junction Block (JB) do so through three wire harness connectors, which are connected to the JB through integral connector receptacles molded into the JB housing. Internal connection of all of the JB circuits is accomplished by a printed circuit board. The wiring information includes wiring diagrams, proper wire and connector repair procedures, details of wire harness routing and retention, connector pin-out information and location views for the various wire harness connectors, splices and grounds. For complete circuit diagrams, refer to the SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
