Module, Body Control: Removal: Removal: Procedure

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the glove box assembly (1). Refer to GLOVE BOX, INSTRUMENT PANEL, REMOVAL .
- Remove the Instrument Panel (IP) lower hush panel (3).
- Disconnect the electrical connectors from the Body Control Module (BCM) (1) receptacles (2 and 3) as needed.
- Remove the fasteners (4) that secure the module, two at the bottom, and one at the top.
- Pull the module away from the side bulk head and down and remove the module.
- Remove the BCM from the vehicle.
