Module, Keyless Ignition Node: Removal: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the lower steering column opening trim. Refer to COVER, STEERING COLUMN OPENING, REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the chin bezel located above the floor console. One fastener and snaps to console.
  4. Remove the four (4) screws that retain the keyless ignition node.
  5. Disconnect the harness connector and remove the keyless ignition node.
