When Monitored
This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Battery voltage between 11.0 and 15.75 volts.
- Ambient air temperature or coolant temperature above 7°C (44.6°F) at engine start up.
- Heater duty cycle greater than 0%.
