Module, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACCM): Installation

NOTE:
If the ACC module is removed from the bracket, align the module to the bracket so that all four fastener locations are properly seated. Use the given fasteners to secure the ACC module to the bracket.
- Raise and suppose the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Position the ACC module and mounting bracket (4) to the vehicle for installation. Install both bolts (1) that secure the bracket to the support cross bracing.
- Connect the wire harness connector to the ACC module connector receptacle (3).
- Connect the wire harness routing fasteners (2) on the harness to the ACC module mounting bracket.
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
- Perform the required calibration procedures. Refer to MODULE, ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL (ACCM), MODULE PROGRAMMING .
