Module, Door (DDM/PDM): Installation

- Position the door control module to the front door hardware module carrier.
- Install and tighten the two screws (3) that secure the door control module to the front door hardware module carrier. Tighten the screws securely.
- Reconnect each of the electrical connectors (2) to the connector receptacles of the door control module (1).
- With the DDM (1) securely in place and reconnect, install the lower trim panel to the inside of the front door. Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
- Perform the manual relearn procedure. Refer to MODULE, DOOR (DDM/PDM), MODULE PROGRAMMING .
