Park Assist Module

REMOVAL
- Remove the right instrument panel silencer panel. Refer to PANEL, SILENCER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1 - Fastener 2 - Wire Harness Connectors 3 - Nut 4 - Park Assist Module - Position the carpet aside then remove the wire harness connectors from the Park Assist Module (PAM).
- Remove the fastener and nut securing the PAM to the bracket, then remove the PAM from the vehicle.
1 - Nuts 2 - Park Assist Module Bracket - If required, remove the nuts and remove the PAM bracket from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION
Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.
During installation torque the following fasteners to specification:
- Tighten the CVPAM bracket to body nuts to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten the CVPAM to bracket nut to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Perform the CVPAM - CVPM - SVC - PAM calibration routine. Refer to PROGRAMMING AND CALIBRATION .
