Keyless Go System

The Keyless Go (KG) system changes the state of the vehicle's ignition between the OFF, ACCESSORY, RUN, and START states using a momentary button rather than a conventional key.
The KG system includes the following major components, which are described in further detail elsewhere in this service information:
- FOB with Integrated Key (FOBIK) -. Refer to KEY, TRANSPONDER, DESCRIPTION .
- Passive Entry Antenna - Multiple Low Frequency (LF) antennas are located throughout the passenger compartment. Refer to ANTENNA, PASSIVE ENTRY, DESCRIPTION .
- Remote Frequency Hub (RFH) - The module is located in the drivers rear quarter trim panel. Refer to MODULE, RADIO FREQUENCY (RF HUB), DESCRIPTION .
- Keyless Ignition Node (KIN)
