Module, Radio Receiver: Removal

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the switch pod. Refer to POD, SWITCH, REMOVAL
.
- Remove the four mounting fasteners (1a).
- Carefully remove radio (1b).
- Disconnect the radio (1a) electrical connector (3a).CAUTION:
Pulling the antenna cable straight out of the radio without pulling on the locking antenna connector could damage the cable or radio.
- Disconnect the antenna connectors (2) and remove the radio from the vehicle.
