When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• Battery voltage is above 10.4 volts.
• With the ignition on.
• ASD Relay is commanded on.
• Fuel Pump Relay is commanded on.
• The vehicle operating state is "running".
