Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Install the front of the load beam (3) onto the radiator support (2) and install the rear into the front crossmember (1).

  2. Install the rear bolts (1).

  3. Install the tow hook bracket (1) onto the front of the lower load beam (2).

  4. Install the upper bolt (1) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  5. Install the three upper bolts (1) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  6. Install the lower bolts (1) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  7. Position the reinforcement brackets (1) back into place, install the bolts and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  8. If equipped, install front tow hook(s). Refer to HOOK(S), TOW, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION  .
  9. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
