NOTE:

The Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) bracket and module are serviced together as an assembly.

NOTE:

Do not remove the ACC module cover from the front grille unless damage. Doing so will require a replacement and the alignment procedure to be performed.

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the Active Grille Shutter (AGS). Refer to GRILLE, ACTIVE SHUTTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Remove the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) bracket fasteners.

  4. Remove the ACC bracket (1) complete with the ACC module (2).
