Removal And Installation: Removal

NOTE:
The Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) bracket and module are serviced together as an assembly.
NOTE:
Do not remove the ACC module cover from the front grille unless damage. Doing so will require a replacement and the alignment procedure to be performed.
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the Active Grille Shutter (AGS). Refer to GRILLE, ACTIVE SHUTTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

- Remove the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) bracket fasteners.
- Remove the ACC bracket (1) complete with the ACC module (2).
