BCM Programming

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2022 Chrysler Voyager and 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE:

During the Body Control Module (BCM) replacement procedure the original VIN and electronic code (key code) will be needed.

NOTE:

In some cases the vehicle may exhibit a start and stall condition after the BCM is replaced. If this occurs the key learn procedure may need to be ran and all keys relearned. Make sure that all keys are present if key relearn is required; keys not present will be locked out.

NOTE:

Once the new BCM is installed and diagnostic scan tool is launched, the normal network topology will not appear. Simply select BCM from the list menu and it will open into the normal ECU network topology view.

When replacing any module, refer to the replacement and programming order. For more information see the MODULE REPLACEMENT AND PROGRAMMING ORDER GUIDE  in. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE . The guide indicates the routines that should be performed and in what order to perform them in.
