  1. Position the ESM to the ICS, then install and tighten the screws (2) securely.

  2. Connect the ESM and ICS wire harness connectors and install the ICS into the vehicle by aligning the ICS retainers to the trim panel. Make sure all retainers are fully seated in the trim panel.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
