Installation - LHD

  1. Position the HVAC module to the HVAC housing.
  2. Install and securely tighten the fasteners (2) securing the HVAC module to the HVAC housing.
  3. Connect the HVAC module wiring harness connectors (1).
  4. Install the passenger side instrument panel silencer.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
  6. Using a scan tool, perform the Actuator Calibration function. Refer to HVAC VERIFICATION TEST .
