Installation - RHD

  1. Position the HVAC module (3) to the instrument panel reinforcement.
  2. Install and securely tighten the fasteners (2) securing the HVAC module to the instrument panel reinforcement.
  3. Connect the HVAC module wiring harness connectors (1).
  4. Install the radio. Refer to RADIO, INSTALLATION .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
  6. Using a scan tool, perform the Actuator Calibration function. Refer to HVAC VERIFICATION TEST .
