Module, Intrusion Transceiver (ITM): Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the overhead console. Refer to CONSOLE, OVERHEAD, FRONT, REMOVAL .
  3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (1) from the Intrusion Transceiver Module (ITM) (2).
  4. Release the retainer(s) securing the ITM to the overhead console housing.
  5. Remove the ITM from the overhead console housing.
