Sensor, Exhaust Pressure: Installation: Diesel
- If removed, ensure the exhaust pressure sensor tube (2) is clean and not plugged.
- If removed, install the exhaust pressure sensor tube. Tighten the bolt (1) to 11 N. m (8 ft. lbs.).
- If required, using NEW
sealing washers install the banjo bolt (2) securing the exhaust pressure sensor tube (1) to exhaust manifold. Tighten the banjo bolt to 28 N. m (21 ft. lbs.).
- Install a NEW
O-ring seal (1) onto exhaust pressure sensor.
- Install the exhaust pressure sensor (1) and tighten to 14 N. m (10 ft. lbs.).
- Connect the exhaust pressure sensor wire harness connector (1).
- Install the cowl extension (1) and the side extensions (2, 5). Refer to SILENCER, COWL EXTENSION, INSTALLATION .
- Install the air cleaner body and air tube. Refer to the appropriate service information
.
- Install the engine cover (1).
- Connect the negative battery cable.
