Sensor, Differential Pressure: Installation

  1. If removed, install the differential pressure sensor tubes (2) and securely tighten.
  2. If removed, install the engine belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .

  3. If removed, install the differential pressure hoses to the tubes.

  4. Connect the differential pressure sensor hoses (6).
  5. Install the differential pressure sensor (2) and securely tighten the nuts (1).
  6. Install the retainer (5) and securely tighten the nut (4).
  7. Connect the differential pressure sensor wire harness connector (3).

  8. Install the radiator closeout panel (2) and the 10 push pin fasteners (1).
  9. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
