Power Control Relay (PCR): Removal

Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

Remove the Power Control Relay (PCR) cover.

1 - PCR Wire Harness Connector

2 - PCR Nuts

3 - PCR Relay

4 - PCR B+ Terminal Nuts

Disconnect the wire harness connector from the PCR.
Remove nuts securing the B+ terminals from the PCR.
Remove the two nuts securing the PCR to the PCR bracket to remove it from the vehicle.
