When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• With the engine running.
• Battery voltage between 11.0 and 15.75 volts.
• No Ambient Air Temperature Sensor faults set.
• And any one of the following is true:
  • Engine coolant temperature at start up is above 7°C (44.6°F).
  • Ambient temperature is above 7°C (44.6°F).
  • The difference between coolant temperature and ambient temperature is greater than 9°C (16.2°F) at engine start.
  • The O2 Sensor heater temperature is greater than 401°C (753.8°F) for more than 20.0 seconds.
