Drivetrain Control Module (DTCM)
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
The Drivetrain Control Module (DTCM) is incorporated with the shift motor mounted to the transfer case and serviced as an assembly. For removal and installation of the DTCM. Refer to MPT3015C, MOTOR, SHIFT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or MPT3028C, MOTOR, SHIFT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
NOTE:
The Drivetrain Control Module (DTCM) is incorporated with the shift motor as an assembly. Prior to and after replacing the DTCM, a series of routines must be completed using the scan tool.
