Transmission Position Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection

Neutral Position Switch (M/T) Inspection

1. Disconnect the neutral position switch connector.





2. Connect an ohmmeter to the switch.
3. Check continuity of the switch.





4. If not as specified, replace the neutral position switch.
