Expansion Valve: Service and Repair

NOTE: Before replacement of expansion valve, carefully check refrigeration system. Refer to troubleshooting information




1. Remove cooling unit.
2. Disassemble cooling unit. Remove evaporator and expansion valve as an assembly.
3. Remove expansion valve.
4. Install in reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Apply clean compressor oil to O-rings before connecting fittings.
