Case 2	DTC Strategy	Rationality check, high (During catalyst heating)
	Enable Conditions	Idle controller 1 part = -15.0% Catalyst heating is activated.
	Threshold Value	Desired engine speed ? Engine speed < -200rpm
		Fuel cut-off ≥ 3 times
	Diagnostic Time	8sec
