IG "OFF" and Disconnect OCV connector.
Measure resistance between terminal 1 and 2 of OCV harness connector.
Specification : Infinite

Is the measured resistance within specification ?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
