Module Assembly Replacement

  1. Remove the following parts.
    1. Door trim.
    2. Door screen.
    3. Window Glass.
  2. Remove the rear channel (A).

  3. Disconnect the connector (B) and outside handle cable (A).

  4. After loosening the door module mounting bolts, remove the door module (A).
  5. Detach the clips, then remove the wiring harness.

  6. Installation is the reverse of removal.
NOTE:
  • Sufficient grease should be applied to the area of whole parts.
  • Make sure that the connector is plugged in properly, and that each rod is connected securely.
  • Make sure the door locks and opens properly.
