Console Lamp: Service and Repair

Removal

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Loosening the overhead console lamp screw(2EA).




3. Disconnect the sunroof switch and lamp connector(B) and then remove the overhead console lamp(A).






Installation

1. Install the overhead console lamp after connecting the sunroof switch and lamp connector.
2. Install the lens after tightening 2 screws.

Inspection

Remove the overhead console lamp assembly then check for continuity between terminals. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the map lamp switch.
