Rear Wiper Intermittent Control

- In case of IGN2 On (L_IGN2 = ON), if user turns on the Rear Wiper Intermittent Switch (L_RearWiperIntmtswitch= On), then Rear Wiper Low output is turned on following as Rear Wiper Intermittent Time (RearWiperIntmtTime).
