SERVICE INFORMATION
This article provides guidance to customers who are experiencing difficulties while loading music onto the Jukebox feature on UVO.
NOTE:
For detailed instructions of how to operate the UVO Jukebox feature, refer to the appropriate UVO System User's Manual.
The Jukebox feature allows you to copy songs to the internal hard drive of the UVO system. Song files can be copied from MP3 CDs or USB devices, but not from iPod, Zune, or commercial CDs, due to copy restrictions. File types that can be copied to the Jukebox are limited to MP3 and WMA files. The copy button will only become available on the touch screen when playing music from a source or format that meets the UVO system requirements
The following screenshots, from a UVO System User's Manual, illustrate how to copy files onto the Jukebox feature on UVO.
