DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC strategy
  • C-CAN signal monitoring
  1. Poor connection
  2. CAN communication
  3. Open or short in AVN communication line
Enable conditions
  • Ignition "ON" (Power Button LED "Red")
  • Enter VCU_READY ON("1").
  • Auxiliary battery voltage (9 - 16 V)
  • Enter into diagnosis if the conditions above are satisfied and maintained for more than 0.5 seconds.
Threshold value
  • In case no message reception from CLU is maintained for 2 seconds
Diagnosis Time
  • 2sec
