Power Trunk Module Initialization

The trunk location data is initialized by pressing the trunk inner switch and outside handle switch at the same time.

Perform initialization in the following procedure as the power trunk module regards the closed position of trunk and locked status of latch as the zero position.

NOTE: If the PTM unit power has been removed or battery has been removed and installed again while the power trunk is open, initialize the trunk module at all times.
PTM system may not operate properly if the trunk module is not initialized.
