DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor HO2S's signal
  1. Poor connection
  2. B2S1
  3. Blocking of intake system
  4. Fuel leakage in injector
  5. Improper fuel pressure
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage greater than 10V
  • Engine running greater than 60 sec.
  • Power Enrichment mode
  • Engine at operating temperature
  • HO2S value does not change
Threshold Value
  • HO2S's signal less than 0.55V and Air Fuel Ratio less than 13.49
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous (More than 8 sec. failure for every 9 sec. Test)
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
