DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical monitoring
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. HO2S (Bank1/sensor2) Signal circuit open
  3. HO2S (Bank1/sensor2)
Enable Conditions
  • Detects the operational readiness of the O2 (down) sensor (Sensor resistance is lower than 1kΩ or maximum heating or normal heating for 75s)
  • Battery voltage higher than 10V and lower than 16V
Threshold Value
  • O2 (down) sensor resistance is higher than 22.5kΩ
  • O2 (down) sensor signal circuit is open
Diagnostic Time
  • 2.5s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
