- O2 (down) sensor voltage is higher than 0.6V (Fuel cut mode entry)
- Battery voltage higher than 11V and lower than 16V

| Enable Conditions |
- Detects the operational readiness of the O2 (down) sensor
- Intake air is more than 100g after the fuel cut operation
- Intake air is more than 10g and less than 250g
- Catalyst temperature (value of model) is higher than 400°C and lower than 1774.5°C
- The exhaust gas temperature (value of model) of sensor location is higher than 400°C
- Internal resistance of HO2S (down) is lower than 3000Ω
- Battery voltage higher than 11V and lower than 16V
