DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • The difference of the reference idle speed and the actual engine speed check
  1. Intake System clogged
Enable Conditions
  • Engine coolant temperature higher than 74.3°C (165.74°F)
  • Vehicle stop for 5s (Acceleration pedal value is 0)
  • Battery voltage higher than 11V and lower than 16V
Threshold Value
  • The actual engine speed is 100RPM lower than the target idle speed
Diagnostic Time
  • 17s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
