| DTC Strategy |
- HO2S output value inspection under certain conditions
|
- Poor Connector Connection
- HO2S
- Filter clogging of the fuel pump
- ECM
|
| Case 1 |
Enable Conditions |
- HO2S (up) activated
- HO2S (down) activated
- Active test is a non-active state
- Catalyst purge inactivated after fuel cut
- Engine speed higher than 576RPM
- Air flow less than 83g/s
- Exhaust temperature (model) higher than 300°C (572°F) and lower than 800°C (1, 472°F)
- Stable condition
- Difference between the engine speed and the filtered engine speed is below 500RPM
- Difference between the air flow and the filtered air flow is below 0.6g/rev
- Difference between the fuel trim and the filtered fuel trim is below 15%
- Battery voltage higher than 11V and lower than 16V
|
| Threshold Value |
- HO2S (up) is lean state (above 1.1), HO2S (down) is rich state (above 0.75V)
|
| Diagnostic Time |
- 5 to 100s (According to air flow)
|
| Case 2 |
Enable Conditions |
- Fuel cut function disabled state
- Not the maximum load state (value of the accelerator pedal below 90%)
- Catalytic over-heating prevention inactive state [catalyst temperature model less than 960 °C (1, 760 °F)]
- Battery voltage higher than 11V and lower than 16V
|
| Threshold Value |
- When target lambda value is 0.8, actual value is higher than 0.9
|
| Diagnostic Time |
- 10s (After the target value of lambda is moved to the appropriate value)
|
| MIL ON Condition |
