Control Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF" and disconnect ECM connector.
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 21 (Engine control relay control) terminal of ECM harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Battery voltage
- Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "ON/START POWER CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
