■ Variant Coding Procedure.

Ignition "OFF"
Connect KDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
Ignition "ON"
Select "Vehicle S/W Management" on KDS.
Perform "LKAS/LDWS Variant Coding" in "Vehicle S/W Management" with KDS.

Clear any DTCs stored in the system with KDS.
Re-Check DTC in the system with KDS.
Did the same DTC is stored in the system?
YES
- Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
- If no problems still occurs, replace LDWS/LKAS ECU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Fault might be caused by not performing variant coding after LDWS/LKAS ECU replacement. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
