Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN Communication Monitoring
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Faulty P-CAN Communication Circuit
Enable Conditions
  • Normal Battery Voltage
  • 0.5s after PCM turns "ON"
  • Input Speed higher than 400 RPM
Threshold value
  • CAN BUS OFF is detected
Fail safe
  • Mechanical limp home (4th gear hold, manual shift is not allowed)
Detecting Time
  • 0.2s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
