Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	ECM connector	51 (ON/START Input)	Chassis ground	-	B+

Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	ECM connector	1, 3, 5 (Ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
