System Function
- Forward Collision-avoidance Assist (FCA):
Detects risk factors on the road, warns the driver and activates the emergency brake system to prevent collision or to reduce collision speed.
FCA-JT (Junction Turning): Controls braking in the event of a collision risk with an approaching vehicle from opposite sides in an junction left turn.
- Lane Keeping Assist (LKA):
Detects unintentional lane departure and assists the driver to stay in the lane by using audible alarms and MDPS steering control.
- Driver Attention Warning (DAW): The system analyses driving patterns and displays message in cluster along with audible alarm.
- High Beam Assist (HBA): Detects head lamp and tail lamp lights of the vehicle ahead and turns the high beams ON/OFF.
- Lane Following Assist (LFA):
This system is designed to improve passenger convenience by controlling the steering wheel to keep the vehicle at the center of the lane, helping to reduce operating load while driving.
