Connect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Engine "ON".	Fuel pump control module connector	1 (power)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 11.9V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	Fuel pump relay connector	2 (fuel pump relay "ON" input)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V
	Fuel pump relay connector	25 (control power)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 2.8V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	Fuel pump control module connector	8 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
