DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical check
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open in signal circuit
  • HO2S (Bank1, Sensor2)
Enable Conditions
  • Sensor ceramic temperature is greater than 620°C (1148°F)
  • Sensor forced stimulation active
  • When the downstream oxygen sensor heating time is more than 80 seconds, it is in the maximum heating or normal heating state
  • Normal 12V battery voltage (10 to 16V)
  • Sensor element resistance is less than 1KΩ
Threshold Value
  • Oxygen sensor element resistance is greater than 24KΩ
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
